This interactive course will provide you with key skills to meditate effectively.

You will be guided on different types of meditation, explore mantras and breathwork. This one hour class is perfect for those who want to gain an insight into the fundamentals of this well regarded practice.

Starting on the 30th April.

Held for 5 weeks every Thursday from 1pm to 3pm.

Attend one session for $35 or all sessions for $160.
